First Printing. Part of a Special Collections at Eaton Collection of Science Fiction & Fantasy at UC Riverside University Library with a sticker to the front inside cover, and remnants of a slip to the back inside cover, but no other markings. No external markings. Good to Very Good condition.

Pulp Softcover. Condition: Good. Alexander Leydenfrost (illustrator). First Edition, 1st Printing. A good copy of the first issue of Tops in Science Fiction from the Spring of 1953. This was one of only two issues published. The upper third and lower one inch of the spine paper is lost. Two chips to bottom edge of the cover. One at the spine and one at the corner. There is a closed tear through "Brackett." Pages are toned but clean and free of marks or stains. Binding is solid. A lovely copy of an early pulp.

Almost half the surface of the spine is missing. Small chip out of the top edge of the front cover which also has a patch of surface damage under the title. The rear cover is missing the top quarter and has two chips out of the bottom edge. There is a large piece missing from the top left corner of the first page. The final page has some edge chipping and discolouration. The pages are browned with some corner creasing but they are generally otherwise unmarked.
