Beige boards mildly soiled; some bumping/scuffing to spine ends and boards' bottom corners. Text block edges foxed. Strong foxing/toning to endpapers but interior leaves are mostly clean. Binding is firm. A very good copy. With b/w photographs and plans. Foreword by Howard Myers, publisher of Architectural Forum where authors George Nelson and Henry Wright served as Consultant Editor and Managing Editor respectively.
