Volume III only. Undated but appears to be about 1840's from information in text. Ninth Thousand. Small 8vo (c. 6.5 x 4 in ) . pp. 412 , 7 engravings in text. Book - G+, contents clean, no inscriptions, slight occasional foxing, binding firm ; red cloth with decorated gilt title to spine and gilt motif to front board, corners bent with some wear, back a bit dusty, spine ends creased, spine a bit darkened but gilt stil complete and bright , front again a bit dusty and gilt complete. This volume covers zoology, botany, climate, hydrography, geology, hindoo astronomy and mathematics, navigation to India, steam navigation in India and advice on constitution and health in India and after return.
