Softcover, original stiff wraps in book even includes the original slipcase style folder the book was originally issued. The slipcase does show some bumps in creases along the edges along with toning and a few tears at the top creases. The book itself is still like new, binding is tight like the book was never read interior is clean. The only issue found is on the front cover where there's a faint crease in the upper left corner. There is no handwriting, no signatures, no library markings or anything else of that nature.
