Included is a calling card of Dr. William & Mrs. Beebe. Elswyth Thane was married to the naturalist and explorer. The charming photograph of Thane with a small bir…d perched on her finger is 4" by 5" and is in fine condition with the exception of mounting residue on the reverse. The calling card is fine. Elswyth Thane (1900-1984) is best remembered for her "Williamsburg" series of historical novels. Inscribed by Author(s).
