The resulting data is presented as weekly observations on the corn's height, weight and chemical composition, with an accompanying daily record of rainfall, temperature, barometer level, wind, humidity and sunshine. This rich data set provides a four-year record of how weather conditions influenced corn growth patterns in a particular soil and ecological zone, which could be used as a resource for farmers, agricultural researchers and agricultural historians.
