Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket. Jacket is edgeworn with foxing to interior and to exterior, plus small mark to front cover. Light foxing of page block and half-title page, minor score to page block foot. Formerly the property of the late Anne Hall Grundy, with her signature, address and short annotation penned to front pastedown. Boards excellent, pages unmarked, illustrations clear. Due to many medical images produced without consent, this copy for sale to academic addresses only. AD. Used.
