Later Edition. Monty Python comedy troupe member Eric IdleÕs copy and he has printed his name in blue ink in the upper right hand corner of the front flyleaf. Accompanied by a letter of provenance and a special Eric Idle library bookmark. Very good in a very good dust jacket with some small chips and tears. Eric Idle co-wrote the screenplay for Monty Python and the Holy Grail and appeared in multiple roles in the film including as Sir Robin the Not-Quite-So-Brave-as-Sir Launcelot, and Knight of Camelot . The film is a comic pastiche of early English history with Graham Chapman starring as King Arthur. The film takes off wildly on Arthurian legend and Tudor history which is covered in this large 758 page book.
