EX-LIBRARY LIMITED EDITION (TO 1000 COPIES) hardcover, sewn-bound in dark red cloth with yellow, black, white, purple, green, and blue stamped lettering on cover, is in FAIR condition, having what was no doubt library classification on the spine removed, taking the red colo…r partially out (see photo); what library it was is not known; there is also a library impression stamp (seem to make out the word "state") but it is non-determinable, and some sort of classification or inventory number rubber-stamped below publisher name on title-page: "209055", and this stamp reappears on Bovet biographical page; former owner has placed their bookplate over what may have been the library identity sticker on first fixed endpaper, and former owner has signed his bookplate; corners bumped and worn; looks like some staining at top of back cover, and both covers and spine show some rubbing/scuffing; top and bottom spine worn; some light cracking to gutter in first and last endpaper sections; some soiling to pages from first endpaper section to Introduction; the closed page edges show some darkening and also staining to bottom right corner. Introduction and notes by Montague Summers (this book was published three years after his death). " 'Pandaemonium,' or 'The Devil's Cloyster,' by Richard Bovet, Gent., London, 1684, is without question one of the most extraordinary works in the immense library of occult research."---from Introduction.
