Sheet of stationery for the company, 10 7/8 x 8 3/8 inches, bearing a partially printed form letter, completed in manuscript and signed by managing editor M.M Welch August 28, 1890, asking a correspondent for a notice on "Dennison" (?). A prospectus for the periodical, to be published monthly at $1 for an annual subscription, describing its intent, listing ad rates, etc., is printed in a column at the left edge of the sheet. The periodical is apparently not recorded on OCLC. Welch served as secretary of Atlanta's chamber of commerce in the 1880s. Very good.…
