Front cover printed in gold and brown with portrait [Cabot];… back with publication information. Each month illustrated with sketches and portraits of Canadian historical figures, and dates listing Canadian historical events. Also included are four beautifully-executed portraits (Champlain, Frontenac, Wolfe, Monck) . Pieces missing from lower edges/corners of both covers (text not affected), slight chipping to some pages.
