An absurdist political comic musical taking place in 1875 Egypt at the fictitious "International Alliance for Prosperity and Perpetual Peace," a hypothetical precursor to the United Nations, set in the summer palace in Suez. Red titled Studio Duplicating Services wrappers. Title page present, dated October, 1967, noted as FIRST DRAFT, with credits for Book by John and Fran Pascal, Music by Milton Kaye, and Lyrics by Michael Brown. 75 leaves, with last page of text numbered 2-5-26.
