Printed stiff grey card wraps with embossed black titles. Short closed tear to top edge of lower joint, Contents clean and crisp with no annotation or inscriptions. A near fine copy. A superior production reflecting the prestige of the estate, a sporting and residential property with a valuable agricultural estate including "sound" tenantry for which there had been no rent arrears in twenty years. Hutton Castle is north-east pf Berwick upon Tweed, just over the border; it dates back to the thirteenth century and was latterly the property of Baron Tweedmouth of Edington. The six lots included the mansion and pleasure grounds, and five agricultural holdings including a Mill.
