There is a two inch closed tear at the top of the spine next to the front cover and the spine has some surface and edge wear and chipping at the top and bottom. Pages browned with some creasing to the corners but otherwise clean and unmarked. Contains 'The Green Thumb' by Anderson, 'The Four Commandments' by Abernathy, 'Dugal was a Spaceman' by Gibson, 'Escape Valve' by Dye, 'A Little Knowledge' by Merrill and features by Knight and de Camp. Slight color variation in the leather on the lower part of the front board otherwise a fresh clean copy. From the Library of the American jurist specializing in military justice and constitutional law, Frederick Bernays "Fritz" Wiener (1906 - 1996). He is famous for the 1957 case of Reid v. Covert, which according to Wikipedia, "represents the only time a lawyer lost in the Supreme Court of the United States but prevailed on rehearing".
