Wunderbare, reichhaltige und stimmungsvolle fotogr. Aufnahmen von Meerkämper, ähnlich den Aufnahmen von Albert Steiner. In dieser Sammlung gibt es viele wunderbare Bergsteiger-Aufnahmen: eine Seil-Mannschaft mit 6 Männern und 4 Frauen, auch der Bergführer ?Tillio? hängt am Berg und kommt ausserdem als fröhlicher Wanderer vor. Skirennen (Springen) für Buben in St. Moritz. Diverse mondäne Schlittschuh-Aufnahmen. Trophäenverleih auf dem Eis in St. Moritz durch eine deutsche Kronprinzessin. Auszeichnungen und ein grosser Silberbecher (?) bereit zum Verleih. Viele Eisspiele, Sportaufnahmen wie Rodeln, Skilaufen, Eispade (eine Art grosse Schaufel, darauf sitzt eine Frau rückwärts (vom Finish) und wird durch einen Schlittschuh-Läufer zum ?Finish? gestossen. Dabei rollen mehrere Frauen von der Schaufel). Ebenso Sommer- und Winterbilder aus Davos, dem Tessin, wenige auch unbestimmt. Diverse Aufnahmen eines Umzugs mit einem Gespann mit 2 Pferden (Festwagen), genannt ?Drémädel Haus 31? Emil Meerkämper (1877-1948), von Geburt Deutscher, kam 1900 zu Kur nach Davos, wo er 1905 eine Schweizerin heiratete. Er gilt heute als bedeutender Landschaftsfotograf.
