Tight sound copy wit hedge wear in good condition for both record and booklet. Cardstock covers containing, on left inside cover a small record(33.3 speed) and on right inside cover a softcover booklet riveted to cover in two places as published. The record appears to be fairly heavily scratched on side 2 while side 1 looks playable. There is some faint red bleed through onto cover of booklet from record holder. There is a full page inscription on inside back cover.
