Jacket is white with red, white, and blue lettering, wrapped in an archival mylar sleeve. Jacket shows mild shelf wear with some light rubbing to edges. Boards show similar mild edge wear, with some faint dust soiling near the bottom edge of the front board and at the head and tail of spine. Very small nick at the head. Text block shows sparse, light scuffing on edges; mild dust soiling on the top edge. Inscribed in black ink and signed by George H. W. Bush and editor Jim McGrath on bookplate affixed to first free endpaper: "To ICA and Art White, Best wishes always - George Bush, Jim McGrath, 12/8/01." Inscription appears to be in McGrath's handwriting; Bush's signature is his own. Shelved in Room A. 1404687. Special Collections.
