Seller: Last Exit Books, Charlottesville, VA, U.S.A.
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Hardcover. 4to. Early Ford V-8 Club of America, San Leandro, CA. 1985. 350 pgs. Illustrated throughout with some color but mostly black and white photos. Bound in cream cloth boards with color pastedown present to the front board with titles present to the spine and front board. Boards have light shelf-wear present to the extremities. No ownership marks present. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid. A treasure trove of photos, etc. Of Ford vehicles produced between 1932 and 1953. The hardbound version is no longer available from the Early Ford V8 Club. Most of the information appears to be pulled from the Ford V-8 Club's newsletters. Some great knowledge consolidated into one place. The photos are primarily reproductions of photos that were from earlier publications, so some of the images aren't up to the most modern of standards but they are still an excellent reference for studying these great old V-8 Fords. The photos are primarily in black and white, reasonably large and some are in color. There is a tremendous amount of information in the text that makes this a "must-have" book for any owner, restorer or even just a casual student of these wonderful old V-8 Fords. EB; 9.1 X 6.6 X 1.1 inches.
