Ihr Entwu…rf fügt der Silhouette am Deutschen Platz ein eigenständiges Element hinzu und integriert den in den 1970er-Jahren entstandenen Bücherturm in das Gesamtensemble. Um den Inhalt des tragenden Skeletts schmiegt sich die Hülle der Außenwandkonstruktion. Der Umschlag, eine silbrig glänzende Wetterhaut, modelliert die an einen Folianten erinnernde Form des Baukörpers. Die Fassadengestaltung aus transluzenten, farbigen Glaselementen öffnet den Bau nach außen und trägt gleichzeitig konservatorischen Anforderungen Rechnung.
