GBC Spiral. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Covers very slightly rubbed. Interior clean and unmarked save for discoloration on Fish section title page and back of last page, both due to laid in newspaper clippings documenting book signing event and donation of proceeds from sale of this cookbook to Faith 7 School. Signed on title page by the author: "Lorene and Hollis My Good fisherman Thanks I sure did enjoy eating them and I love everyone of them Matilda E. Cather". Preface provides some brief biographical information about the author. Includes many simple country cooking recipes -- some tailored to feed large groups. Author's pared-down style and inclusion of personal notes and anecdotes make for interesting reading. Signed by Author(s).
