Library Binding. Condition: Poor. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. First Edition. Ex-library copy. First UK edition. Originally published in the US by Dodd, Mead in 1969. Book has library binding. Boards have tape marks at the top and bottom of the rear panel. Browning and staining to the page edges. The front free endpaper has been… removed. Library stamps to the half-title and title pages. Sums in pen to both the front pastedown and half-title page. Vertical tape marks down the rear pastedown, which also has some small pen marks, with a lighter tape mark to the rear free endpaper. There are marks and stains in several places through the book. Jacket has been reinforced with sticky plastic at the outer edges of the front and rear panels and over the spine - very little signs of yellowing to this fortunately. Rubbing around the edges and some discolouration to the rear panel. First printing.
