Trade sticker residue visible to front pastedown. Excepting inscription, text is unmarked. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket is fresh and vibrant with some light shelf wear. Hardcover. Octavo. [6], 7-240pp. An exceptionally important book, scarce signed, all the more stunning with this provenance.
