Kennedy became president, published in his first year in office. The authors examine the new president's politics and the people around him. Dust jacket is chipped in several places and worn, but is now protected in a Brodart cover.

Red cloth shows light edgewear, spine slightly cocked, tiny bump upper rear corner and along bottom edge. Pictorial dustjacket has a few short closed tears with small section missing bottom rear face, else an excellent, clean and bright copy.
