Revised Edition. very good/none, used, 1st printing, maroon colored textured buckram with gilt text to spine and upper, ii-x, 291pp. No marks except former owners inscription on the ffep, and the authors signature on the title page, binding tight, the fold-out map is still pasted to the rear paste-down. Slight rubbing to exterior, corners are square and not worn. Signed by Author(s).
