Print. Condition: Very good condition. Signed limited edition, #77 of 100. A beautiful example of Margery Osborn Erickson's work. Printed in color, signed and numbered in pencil by the artist. Each area of Putnam County is colored differently, with charming native animals decorating the land, along with roads, ponds, etc. A long time Garrison resident, this is likely to have been issued to raise funds for land conservation. The area is listed as 235 sq. miles and population 77,193. With a sweet verse below the scale. "Where have the little red foxes gone, Who once lived over the hill? They used to bark on the moonlit nights, But now they are very still." Approx. 25 x 20", framed archivally in a blue metal frame.
