Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. First Edition. Complete. In English and Afrikaans. A placid copy. The green boards have shelving wear about the edges, corners and seams. They are scuffed, a little marked from handling and storage. They are steady and sure. The contents have evidence of avid use throughout. The pages have light user wear and creasing, but are by far, clean, clear, civic, contented, certain, benevolent. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.

4to; original green cloth with gilt coat of arms on upper cover; illustrated endpaper map; pp. xxiv + 154 + [xxv - xliv]; profusely illustrated with manuscript facsimiles and many photographic reproductions of historic personages, events and places, including a little colour; advertisements. Good condition. "The compilers have to the best of their ability selected illustrations to provide a picture of the history of the Free State in all its aspects up to 1910. The album cannot, of course, pretend to be a self-contained history, but is merely complementary, though it is hoped that it will be a valuable aid in the teaching of the history of our country. It does not go beyond 1910 because in that year the Free State ceased to exist as a separate and independent entity and its history since has been so closely interwoven with that of the Union of South Africa that it can hardly be separated from it.".

Paperback. Condition: new. Paperback. Volume 1 of Trans Dimensional Zombie Bummers (TDZB) is a Graphic Novel that tackles the subject of the 'undead' from a completely new angle - the rear! It begins with a breach in the fabric of time and space and ends with London then possibly the world, teetering on the brink of one giant Armageddon 'ass-fest'. You literally couldn't invent it. TDZB (Volume 1) is the first in a series of two Graphic Novels set in Sutton, South London. A horrible place where dreams are simply nightmares you cannot remember and hope is a word you dare not mutter. What could make this blighted borough worse? The answer - a contagious zombie from another universe who has but one desire - and He Ain't Asking Permission! Deeply satirical, comic and in utter bad taste, Trans Dimensional Zombie Bummers takes a long hard look at contemporary society and tells it where to go - right up the!!!!
