The covers are rubbed, with some wear to extremities, and some light soil. End-papers have tanned. The text pages are very slightly age-toned. The book is in good condition, with no marks or writing to book. Tipped on at rear is a vintage price tag from Bullock's Wilshire department store. This is a large softbound volume, 9.5 x 10.5 inches, with a title-page, 20 pages of fables, and a Table of Contents at the back. Nineteen fables are presented. The illustrations are black-and-white and some in color. .
