The sole edition of a pamphlet by Peninsular War veteran William Malins - addressed to the Duke of Wellington - concerning the improvement of English coastal defences. Malins notably advocates the construction of an 'Ordnance railway' for the more effective transportation of troops and artillery. Size: 8vo.
