hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Signed. First Edition. Limited edition, published by McNaughton and Gunn, Illustrated by Weyman Lew and issued in a limited edition of 300 copies of which this is number 256 and signed by the editor: Best Wishes, Phillip Carlson, Maui, Christmas 1991. Previous owner bookplate on half title page: Bryan Hemming. By glueing the bookplate to that page, it created wrinkles around the bookplate. Lightly read. No other markings in book. Binding is fine.
