Full Leather. Condition: Very Good. Complete in 2 volumes. Books measure 31.5x25. Collation, xxii,[2],644pp, vii,[1],715,[1]pp, complete with 22 plates, folding map. Bound in full leather. Both volumes have been rebacked, retaining the original diced boards, raised bands, gilt lines, leather labels, boards have outer dentells, full gilt edges, marble endpapers. Boards rubbed, with some wear on edges, and corner. Both bindings in very good clean firm condition. Internally, school library bookplate. A couple of pages have a single letter/number stamp, [ probably a shelve number], map has a short closed split on folds, repair to edges, some occasional spotting, mainly to plates. Pages and plates in good ondition. A nice well bound set. Size: Quarto.
