There are 179 numbered pages plus pages with color photographic images. There are other illustrations in black-and-white scattered throughout the book. The boards are covered with a sky-blue cloth and have gilt lettering on the spine. The dust jacket is without rips or tears but is sunned on the spine and about 1 inch on the spine side and top edge of the front panel. There is also a bit of edge wear to the jacket. The dust jacket is currently protected by a clear removable cover. There is no other writing than the author's signatures internally, nor is there any highlighting or underlining. The book is about 6 1/4 by 9 1/2 inches. There is a First Published statement included on the copyright page with no other publications noted. …
