Colophon text describes the inspiration and publication history, noting at the bottom, "This is copy number 36". Sheet size nearly 9"; image size about 6.25". Loose as issued in paper portfolio, which has partial splits in folds, toned at edges. Title in ink on front cover which has a blind-stamped design. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; Signed by Artist.

Broadside or Poster: "Samuel Maitin. Prints, Paintings Drawings Etc. Armand Mednick. Ceremics. Gallery 1015 has the Honor to Invite you to a Preview Viewing." Approximately 22" x 26". Folded as mailed, else fine. Artwork on the poster by Maitin. 3. Envelope hand-addressed by Maitin (with his name and Mednick's in the return address) sending the poster; postmarked in 1964. Tears where the envelope was opened. the poster is from an early exhibition by the prolific Philadelphia artist who is well represented with works at MOMA, The Tate, the National Portrait Gallery, etc. who was well-known for his public art including the "peace prints" he made with poets C.K. Williams and LeRoi Jones (aka Amiri Baraka).
