Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. First Edition; First Printing. 4to 11" - 13" tall; 152 pages; Orignal cloth binding that shows some staining, rubbing and wear. Hinges are all solid. Complete with the 22 plates, (11 in color) , and the large folding map in the rear. Map has a few fold tears, but still very good.
