There is some scattered damage from wormholes throughout the index, the top margin of first 30 pages. Also, a few dogeared pages in the text. Overall good and clean, wide margins. Measures 5.5 x 18.5 inches. Pencil-written ownership name on the inside front cover, "Master J.M.
