Exterior shows toning and sunning. Interior pages are clean but are also toned due to age. No signatures or bookplates, no hinge issues. Also included in the book is a piece of ephemera which is a card that was sent with the book stating this was a complimentary copy from the Mercantile Trust and Deposit Company of Baltimore.

No Binding. Condition: Good. Sized about 6.5 x 9.5 inches, salvaged from a damaged issue of Century Magazine, Volume 98, No. 3, July, 1919.

Exterior mildly soiled to two handling, rear board has spots and a crease about 2 inches down from the top. This is also present on the rear pastedown where a crack can be seen. Interior binding is good, no hinge issues, nothing torn or loose but there is a corner crimp (see photo). No signatures or bookplates. Scattered foxing is present throughout. No publication date listed but the Guide to the Francis Warrington Dawson Family Papers at Duke University Library lists the author's first publication of this title as 1923.
