Also reprints the artist's 1924 publication titled "A Treatise on Color", wherein he discusses Synchromism and Japanese influences, among other things. Includes selections from the artist's writings, as well as a detailed chronology. Uncommon. This Synchromatic artist wrote extensively and exhibited at the Forum Exhibition. Quite uncommon in hardcover. Published to accompany at exhibition held in Washington, DC: National Collection of Fine Arts, May 4 to June 18, 1967. Good, with discoloration and soiling to the covers the interior is VG.
