This book contains very brief biographies of the Free Church Ministers in the parishes and districts of Lewis and Harris, most of which are accompanied by black and white portraits. There is also a list of names and ordination dates of ministers outwith the Presbytery of Lewis, who frequently assisted at communion seasons in the island; and details of islanders who served on the foreign field. The book is bound in the original white card covers with blue titling on the spine and front cover. It is in very good condition with shelf wear and some light soiling to the covers, slight curling to the corners of the front cover and a large crease across the top corner of the rear cover.
