Jedoch kommt es an einigen Schnittstellen zu Diskrepanzen zwischen diesen beiden Rechtsgebieten, durch welche die finanzielle Existenzsicherung des Kindes gefährdet wird. Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 09.02.2010, in der das Gericht die Gewährleistung des Existenzminimums des Kindes durch den Gesetzgeber mit Nachdruck fordert, sind solche Diskrepanzen allerdings nicht hinnehmbar. Die Autorin befasst sich mit der Frage, wie das Unterhaltsrecht und das Recht der sozialen Sicherung besser miteinander koordiniert werden kà nnen, um die materielle Existenz des minderjährigen Kindes sicherzustellen. Hierzu wird zunächst auf die verfassungsrechtlichen MaÃgaben sowie die einfachgesetzliche Ausgestaltung der finanziellen Existenzsicherung des minderjährigen Kindes im Unterhaltsrecht und im Recht der sozialen Sicherung eingegangen. Sodann wird das Zusammenwirken dieser beiden Rechtsgebiete eingehend untersucht. Dabei werden diejenigen Schnittstellen herausgearbeitet, an denen die finanzielle Existenzsicherung des Kindes gefährdet bzw. nicht gesichert ist. Là sungen für eine bessere Koordination werden aufgezeigt. Ferner werden Strukturen identifiziert, die das Zusammenwirken dieser beiden Rechtsgebiete an den problematischen Schnittstellen besonderes prägen und generelle Aussagen darüber ermà glichen, wie eine zukünftige Koordination zu gestalten sein kà nnte.
