A lovely copy which is bound in black cloth boards, with very minimal knocks to the corners but in all very good condition, just superficial shop shelf wear. The gilt lettering on the boards is still crisp. The pages themselves are clean and near white, with an excellent photograph of a prismatic type hand bearing compass on the title page, as well as beautiful and informative illustrations by Moffat throughout. The jacket is in good condition, however some minor loss of extremities to the spine and egdes and quite a significant tear across the front of the jacket. There are no inscriptions and it is not price clipped. Overall a great copy.
