Red boards, gilt lettering and leaf motif on front and spine, top edge gilt, red placemarker frayed at end. Material presented in 3 sections: 78 - 78 - 79 numbered, deckled pages. Spine faded, lightly bumped and rubbed on ends of spine, rubbed on tips of corners, corners bowed, else boards clean and bright and binding firm. Previous owner's name and date (1911) in ink on ffep with a couple of letters carried over faintly to front paste-down. Endpapers darkened, light smudges on 2 pages following ffep, thumb mark on 2 pages, smudges on page 58-59 of Whistler section, else pages clean and illustrations bright. Overall, very good plus. Small Christmas card laid in.…
