Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. Samuel Chamberlain-photographs (illustrator). 1st Edition. Light blue boards with embossed scene on front cover. End papers show a photograph of brownstones. Book is square and tight. The spine is lightly sunned/discolored even though the DJ covers it mostly. There is toning around the edges of the boards. The DJ has largely done its job, but does have some chips, creases and tears. Free from book plates and inscriptions.
