For Czech Beer Soup: Beat 4 egg yolks and add 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup sour cream, salt, pepper, cinnamon to taste. Then heat 4 cups of beer to boiling point and add slowly to egg mixture, a little at a time, and stirring constantly. Top each serving with tiny rye bread squares. Have no fear of serving a spirited meal to children or teetotalers . the alcohol evaporates with cooking; good cheer not compromised. Fine copy.
