White title on tight as new spine and strong inner hinges. End papers show 5 winter dressed "GIs" marching on foot in a brutal Korean winter. No previous owners marks found in the profusely illustrated text. Many fold out battle maps describe each chapter. There are many illustrations by Captain Byron Smith and P.F.C. Robert C. James. This is the grim beginning of the Korean Conflict!
