The latter is written in a mixture of Latin and French. Included in the former is Essai D'ine Floe de La Nouvelle-Zelande (New Zealand). The book is bound with a leather spine cover over marbled boards with marbled endpages, and a ribbon placeholder. There is significant edgewear to the boards. The front hinge has been reinforced with tape. There minor foxing on sporadic pages throughout the book. There is a bookplate on the pastedown from the Stourbridge Library but no other library marks. Very good. No dust jacket as issued.
