Boelter (1899 - 1977), long time, distinguished printer of the Brand Book series, only 1,000 copies were printed. 247 pgs, paintings & illustrations from Burt Proctor (1901 - 1980) augmented by archival photos, artwork & maps from other artists, in 14 articles.
