Instructions are in English and in part are also written, in Chinese just below the English or numbers. Illustrated paper covers are clean and ve…ry readable with shelf wear and fading along edges. Lettering on spine is very readable but spine is paper is worn and peeling. Front cover detached but stapled binding is firm and all pages are well attached. Interior pages have NO writing, creases or tears. Spine & covers are NOT creased. Very rare to find a nearly 70+ year old paper bound book in such good condition.
