Softcover. Condition: Near Fine. First Edition. Undated, but circa 1948-50. 8vo. booklet. Pictorial cover. 36 pp. B/w plate (showing top of St. Mary's Petworth church spire under scaffold, being demolished). Booklet published late 1940s to raise funds for a prospective new church spire for Petworth church, the old one having been deemed unsafe in 1947 and soon after demolished. Articles by Lady Manse that had originally appeared in the Petworth Church Magazine, 1920-31.; Booklet clean and bright . No inscriptions. Near as-new. NEAR FINE.
