    Hardcover. 8vo. Condition: Acceptable. Gilbert Etheredge (illustrator). 1st edition. This stated first edition has boards bound in green cloth with trivial handling wear of rubbed edges and corners. Spine is uncreased with bumped edges and mustard yellow lettering. Sticker remnants on foot. Text block is square with toned edges. Binding is loosened down spine but remains intact. 107p. Previous owners name and notations present in black ink on upper edge of front paste down. Gutter of title page and pages 20-21 are slightly cracked. Pages otherwise remain unmarked with several colored illustrations through out.
