Hardcover first edition, first printing. Snugly bound and clean in the original color pictorial dust jacket with publisher's $12.95 issue price intact on the unclipped front flap. The jacket shows a dime-sized chip at the top edge of the front panel, light rubbing and shelf wear to tips and spine ends, and mild surface chafing. Illustrated with black-and-white photos. An uncommon and desirable true first edition of Kooper's memoir, especially scarce in hardcover. VG+/VG.
