Molineux, 168 N.Y. 264 (1901), was a landmark decision by the Court of Appeals of New York concerning the trial of a suspected murderer. This copy is good in original red cloth with gilt titles on the spine. Ex-library, with typical library labels and stamps. The binding is sound.…Some scratching and soiling to the front board. Minor wear at the spine ends. The top corner of the ffep has been clipped, but otherwise the text is clean and unmarked. Includes a foldout photo page of the letters in evidence (between pp. 148-149). Slight tearing at the folds due to fragility from age, and so I did not unfold completely for the photo. FO22 .
